Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of every KeyBar product. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, log in to your customer account and submit a return request. Items sent back without first completing the returns form will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original components and hardware, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear or use will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lifetime Warranty

Most KeyBar products have a lifetime warranty against damage due to defects during manufacturing. This warranty is valid only for items purchased directly from KeyBar or an authorized dealer. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications are not covered.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom orders (engraved or personalized KeyBars)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original components, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the return and refund. Please allow up to four weeks for your refund to be processed—this includes transit time, inspection, and bank processing time.
