Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are not included in the shipping cost or product price. KeyBar has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If a package is returned to us due to refusal of customs charges, the return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination. Shipping weights are rounded up to the next full pound to reflect carrier policies. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. KeyBar is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Weather or natural disasters
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. KeyBar is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@keybar.us. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged contact us at info@keybar.us and we will file a claim and work to resolve the issue.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. FedEx cannot deliver to these addresses.
