The MagNut Quick Release System makes it easier to connect and remove the items you use most without fighting with split rings every time. Designed to work especially well with your KeyBar, it’s a simple way to carry larger items like key fobs, gear, and other everyday accessories while keeping them easy to detach when needed.

Model Details

The Medium MagNut Quick Release System is built for heavier-duty carry when you want a stronger magnetic quick-release than the Small MagNuts provide. Equipped with rare-earth magnets delivering 18 lbs of pull force, the larger size and stronger hold make Medium MagNuts a great option for attaching your KeyBar or other heavier items to gear while still keeping them easy to remove when needed.

Designed for secure everyday use, Medium MagNuts give you a faster, more convenient way to connect and disconnect the items you carry most. They’re especially useful when you want to keep your KeyBar attached to a bag, loop, or other gear without giving up quick access. Each set includes two MagNuts and stainless split rings for easy installation. Our Titanium Split Rings are not recommended for use with Medium MagNuts, as they are not strong enough.

Note: These rare-earth magnets will lose their magnetic properties if heated above 175 degrees Fahrenheit (80 degrees Celcius). The strong magnetic fields of these rare-earth magnets can damage items such as television, computer monitors, credit cards, bank cards, computers, data carriers, video tapes, mechanical watches, hearing aids and loud speakers. Pace-makers may be damaged or switch to “Test-Mode” in the presence of a strong magnetic force, if a pace-maker or other bodily implant is in use, keep a minimum of 3 feet distance. Keep away from small children. Under no circumstances should you try to cut, saw or drill the rare earth magnet as the resulting dust is very flammable. You should also not burn the magnet as it will create toxic fumes.
